Here at Crow Fly Farms, we have been a 100% grassfed operation since our inception. Over the years, we have been able to fine tune our herd’s genetics by carefully selecting from the best of our Pineywoods Cattle. The result is cattle that are built for grazing. They make gains on minimal forage and require no additional inputs outside of the grass in front of their noses.

After many iterations of cattle breeds, we landed on Pineywoods and never looked back. These cattle are tough. Through careful selection, we now have a herd that is parasite resistant, heat tolerant, and cold hardy. We could not be more pleased with the resiliency of this herd and their ability to thrive in conditions where other cattle fall short.
